Remove and straighten, hold axle with bench vise then rebend it using long piece of pipe, get the bend "just right" so caster effect properly works... use cloth tape saturated with Seal All Glue to repair hollow plastic wheels... fix worn axle holes with sheet metal, or washers... get replacement parts from hardware stores
